cook top stove, double ovens, two
dishwashers, two kitchen sinks, bar
sink, and large TV. This home is
perfect for family gatherings or
large outings. There is a “kid’s
wing” that has 3 queen size beds,
sleeper sofa, full kitchen, full

RENTAL INFORMATION |

All of the above rates include:
all linens, departure maid
service, $50 reservation fee,
and all taxes. The only items
not included in the above rates
are the $200 refundable
security/damage deposit and/or
optional additional services.

This property rents Saturday to
Saturday (7 night minimum) only
during the summer rental season.

There is a 3 night minimum for
any non-summer season rentals
(example: Thur - Sun or Sat -
Tues).

The $200 security/damage deposit
& $50 non-refundable reservation
fee are required to confirm a
reservation.
-
Half of the balance due is
required 90 days prior to
arrival date, and remainder due
60 days prior to arrival date.
